The Power supply is protected against over temperature. In case of over temperature the power supply goes to latch mode. the might be return to normal state by AC recycle. This is provided with a large hysteresis to avoid the PCB board over heating incase of fault conditions. the shutdown threshold at the case of Internal Room Ambient Temperature is >70ºC.
The power supply is protected against over load & short circuit . During over load & Short circuit the power supply will go to hick up mode and resumes to normal operation on removal of fault condition.
